How long will this wallpaper last?
My wallpapers are all high quality and will last for years to come.
When will I receive my wallpaper?
This depends largely on your location but you should normally receive your wallpaper in 7-10 days, there may be a delay of 1-3 days during holiday periods.
Does the wallpaper come supplied in Strips or as one big piece?
The wallpaper comes supplied in strips which are 2-3ft wide depending on size you’ve ordered, the strips are numbered on the back to make installation easier.
I want a custom size for my wall, what do I do?
Send us a message letting us know the dimensions of your wall and the type of wallpaper you want (standard, laminated, smooth vinyl, peel and stick) and we will send you a quote.
I want to customise the design of my wallpaper?
No problem, we’re always trying to go above and beyond for our customers, get in touch with us and we’ll let you know if we’re able to help.
After Measuring my wall should I add any extra just in case?
We recommend after measuring your wall to add an inch to the width and height as no wall is 100% straight.
Whats the difference between the types of wallpapers you have?
- Standard 155gm2 – non woven wallpaper, luxurious smooth ultra matte finish. Paste the wall not the paper
- Laminated 130gm2 – non woven wallpaper coated in a clear matte laminate. Protects against moisture and UV. Perfect for high traffic applications or damp environments. Paste the wall not the paper.
- Smooth Vinyl 255gm2 – Vinyl wallpaper, smooth Semi Matte finish. Paste the wall not the paper.
- Peel & Stick 275gm2 – Premium Self Adhesive wallpaper with adhesive microdots. Repositionable
What if my wallpaper is damaged in transit?
Take a photo of the damaged box and the damage this has done to the wallpaper, also take a photo of the postage label, send these photos to us and we’ll send you a free replacement
